We are currently seeking full-time and part-time mental health therapists to provide individual, couples, and family therapy. This position has flexibility for in-person (in Eugene), virtual (throughout Oregon and Washington), or hybrid services.

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed Therapist: Hold a valid license in psychotherapy, social work or psychology.

• Experience & Expertise: Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.

Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centered care.

• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Compensation:

  • The hourly rate for this W2 position starts at $100/hr. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

  • FULLY LICENSED IN OREGON AND/OR WASHINGTON

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field

  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and couples

  • Solid computer and basic technology skills

  • Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients

Beneficial Skills & Experience:  

  • Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations

  • Experience with couples

  • Able to provide supervision to unlicensed therapists
