Frequently Asked Questions
Here are some answers to common questions what it’s like to work with us.

We've partnered with Mentaya, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits.
Mentaya is perfect if you:
• Have out-of-network benefits
• Feel overwhelmed by superbills and insurance
• Have submitted superbills but failed to get any reimbursement
• Simply want to skip the hassle of paperwork!
We are an out-of-network clinic. What this means is that you are responsible for payment up front, and if you have out-of-network benefits, we can help you submit sessions costs to your insurance company so that you can get reimbursed from your OON benefits.
Please utilize the benefit checker above to explore your out-of-network benefits.

We charge a $25 fee to schedule a 20 minute consultation to get started with therapy. The charge exists to protect our schedules and prevent no-shows for the cancellations. The fee is applied towards the cost of your first therapy session if you do move forward.

For the free consultation, I’ll invite you to share your concerns, what your goals are for therapy, and any questions you have for me.

It really depends on what your needs and goals are. I’ve worked with a number of clients for a short period of time (6-8 sessions) or longer (20+ sessions).
